ECS participates in the the State of Indiana’s School Choice and Voucher programs!
The decision on where your child will attend school is a very personal and important decision. We know that parents desire a school that meets their needs and supports their values. ECS offers a unique learning experience which inspires students to reach their God-given potential. We also understand that tuition for Christian education is a significant investment which may be beyond the means of some families. Thus, ECS, in coordination with the State of Indiana, assists families with demonstrated financial need:
Indiana School Choice Vouchers
Indiana’s School Choice Voucher program enables qualified families to receive a credit (a school voucher) toward the cost of education at ECS. This program is primarily for students currently enrolled in an Indiana public school for at least two semesters including kindergarten (e.g. coming to ECS for 1st through high school), assigned to an “F” rated public school, and current SGO grant recipients. This includes opportunities for CURRENT students, some kindergarten students, as well as homeschool students! Voucher applications must be completed at our school once the enrollment process is complete. Specific deadlines apply. The voucher window for 16/17 is now closed.

Indiana SGO Grants
ECS is partnering with the Institute for Quality Education (I4QE) to provide SGO grants to Indiana residents whose child will be entering kindergarten, as well as other students who qualify based on income. As a special opportunity, kindergarten students who are assigned to an “F” rated public school are eligible for a voucher and do not need to attend public school for two semesters. ECS is able to provide significant SGO grants based on donations received by I4QED which are eligible for a 50% State of Indiana tax credit and federal tax deduction. Specific deadlines apply. We continue to process enrollment applications for potential SGO applicants for the 16-17 school year (the application deadline in March 2017). Contact our office for current year information.

ECS Tuition Assistance
ECS administers a tuition assistance program primarily for families who do not qualify for the State programs, including those above the State income guidelines and those who do not live in Indiana. Generally, to qualify for ECS tuition assistance, tuition must be greater than 10% of the adjusted gross income. Further, the typical assistance ranges from 10-40% of tuition. Special circumstances are considered. For information and to obtain an application, please call our office. Specific deadlines apply.
