Thank You for Considering ECS ....
We know the decision about the most appropriate school for your child(ren) is a very important and personal decision. We welcome the opportunity to show you how ECS works with parents to provide an exemplary, Christ-centered education, inspire students to excel, and equip leaders for the next generation. With 600 students in PK-8th grade, ECS features challenging academics, licensed teachers, small classes, involved parents, extensive technology, and individual attention. Our curriculum is aligned with, and exceeds, Indiana Academic Standards integrated with Biblical principles.
Our ISTEP scores consitently rank among the top 5% of all schools in the State of Indiana and our school is "A" rated (highest of five categories) and considered "high achievement/high growth" by the Indiana Department of Education. Our school is fully accredited by the State of Indiana, AdvancED (formerly the North Central Association), and the Association of Christian Schools International. All our teachers are degreed, licensed, and considered "highly qualified" by the Indiana Department of Education. To read more about our story (ECS' history and overview), click here.
Our East Campus is located at Bethel Temple Community Church (PK-8), our North Campus at Christian Fellowship Church (K-2), and our Newburgh Campus (K-1) at First Christian Church. Full- and half-day kindergarten classes, all taught by licensed teachers, are offered at all locations. Full-day PK is offered at our East Campus. Our soccer fields are located at Crossroads Christian Church.
ECS is governed by an independent board of directors, including parents, pastors, alumni, and community leaders. The board is responsible for the overall direction of the school and makes policy decisions. Day-to-day operations are the responsibility of the executive director and administrative leadership team.
Videos, parent perspectives, and other highlights can be viewed on our YouTube page (ECSwired). We also invite you to call for a personal tour to learn more about the ECS difference, or click on “Contact/Find Us” link on our home page.

Academics are what drew us to ECS. No matter what, we were not willing to compromise our
children's education. But, it's also a blessing to have our values and beliefs reinforced every day in the
classroom by amazing teachers. Things that are important to my kids are important to their teachers.
