Strong Academics

ECS has a rigorous offering of more than 70 college preparatory courses. An ECS student will graduate high school with the options of an Indiana Core 40, Academic Honors, or Technical Honors diploma which are aligned with, and exceed, the requirements from the Indiana Department of Education. Standard, Honors, Dual Credit and Advanced Placement courses are all part of the ECS high school experience.  High school course placement is determined based on current academic records, standardized test results, and parent/student/staff input.  All three pieces of data will help identify the best path to success for each student.

Parents and students applying will want to consider that the atmosphere is distinctively and purposely Christian and that the course work is stimulating, challenging, and rigorous. Incoming students are required to meet overall GPA requirements and assessment requirements in both Math and ELA for entrance into the desired grade level.

Intentional Discipleship

ECS faculty and staff are committed to biblical integration of the subject matter while investing in the discipleship of students. We spend four years preparing them to thrive socially and academically as they develop into young men and women of Christian character and influence. Through a daily Bible classes, monthly Chapel experiences, and Bible study and service opportunities, students are encouraged to explore and deepen their relationship with Christ.
